Kink list
Yes, no, or maybe, line by line. Skip whatever you like.
Send this link to your partner:
Then give them this code, by voice if you can:
A list of kinks is more useful as a conversation than as a catalog. Go through this one in about five minutes and answer honestly: yes, no, or maybe. Skip anything you’d rather not rate today. “Maybe” is a perfectly respectable answer, and it’s where a lot of good evenings start.
Some lines come in pairs, because doing something and receiving it are different wishes. You might love the idea of giving a spanking and have zero interest in getting one. Answer each side separately, and the comparison will pair your “giving” with your partner’s “receiving.”
Comparing without showing your whole list
Say you want to know what the two of you have in common, without handing over every answer. Finish the list and create a comparison link. You’ll get a link and a 6-digit code. Send the link however you like, and give the code by voice or in person.
Your partner opens the link, enters the code, and fills in the same list. Their browser then shows only the overlap: things you both said yes to, and things where one of you said yes and the other said maybe. Your noes stay out of it, and so does anything only one of you wanted. To see the same result on your side, they can send a link back.
The honest limits
The comparison hides things from the screen, and that has edges you should know about. Someone who answers yes to everything will see every line you marked yes or maybe, because all of those count as overlap. If you have reason to doubt a partner’s good faith, the bigger question is whether to share this kind of thing with them at all.
The link holds your answers, encrypted. A 6-digit code keeps out someone who stumbles on the link, and it won’t stop a determined attacker who has the link and the patience to try every code. A partner with the code and some technical skill could also read your full list out of their browser. Treat this as a tool for two people who are basically on the same side. The privacy page has the details.
What to do with your answers
Treat the list as a place to start talking, never as a set of promises. A yes on a list is an interest, and it stays an interest until you’ve both talked it through and agreed to it for a particular evening. Our guide to negotiation covers how that talk goes, and talking about your kinks helps if starting it feels like the hard part. Anything you marked as a firm no belongs on your limits card.
Your answers stay in this browser so you can come back to them. Clearing this site’s data, or pressing the reset button below the list, deletes them.
